Before you make the necessary payments, please read through the following details on registration fees as well as terms and conditions.

Symposium Fee includes: Attendance at all symposium plenary sessions. Morning and afternoon tea-breaks and lunch each day as well as gala dinner on 08 March 2012. Symposium bag and programme information Symposium proceedings	$654.21

The above fees are stated in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of a 7% goods & services tax (GST).

Group Discount

One complimentary seat will be given for every ten paid registrations from the same organisation submitted through the group registration form.

All commission, cabling and related bank charges will be paid by participants.

4. Terms and Conditions

Registration Fees

Full payment may be made at the time of registering or at a later time convenient for participants.
All payment must be received by the organiser no later than 1 March 2012.
GST will be zero-rated for overseas participants who are sponsored by their companies.
Registration does NOT represent a confirmation of a place at the event, which remains subject to availability.
A place at the event will only be confirmed upon issuance of invoice by the Organiser (in the case of registered companies) or receipt of full payment of attendance fee by the Organiser (in the case of individuals).
Substitution requests may be made at any time at no additional cost and must be submitted via email to the Organiser at symposium@rp.sg.

Delegate Withdrawal or No Show

In the event that no substitute can be found and a withdrawal requests or no-shows results, such circumstances will be dealt with as follows:

Withdrawals From Symposium Received No Later Than 31 January 2012	The registration fee will be refunded, subject to an administrative charge of S$100 being levied for costs incurred.
Withdrawals From Symposium Received After 31 January 2012	We regret that no refund will be made.
Withdrawals From Pre-Symposium Workshops	We regret that no refund will be made.
No Shows	We regret that no refund will be made. All costs incurred with external parties by the participant are to be borne by the participant.

Withdrawal requests will only be deemed to have been received upon issuance of a confirmation email by the Organiser.

Special Requirements

Please advise the Organiser of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements when registering so that your needs can be accommodated.

Disclaimers

All participants and their guests agree that they will be attending the symposium and entering its premises at their own risk.
Republic Polytechnic and the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the travel and accommodation arrangements made by registered participants where such arrangements are not made in conjunction with Republic Polytechnic and/or its authorised agents.
Republic Polytechnic and the Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss of and/or damage whatsoever to the property of any of the participants and/or their guests, during this event and/or during travel to and from this event.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry in exchange for refund of attendance fee.
The Organiser reserves the right to effect changes in the symposium programme without prior notice to the participants, including, but not limited to, cancellation of presentations or replacement of scheduled speakers due to unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the Organisers at their sole discretion.
