Registration is required for all delegates, presenters and participants attending "Reinventing PBL" Symposium and the Pre-symposium Workshops.

TO REGISTER FOR PRE-SYMPOSIUM WORKSHOPS (6 March 2007)

Registration for the Pre-symposium Workshops (6 March 2007) should be done online through RP-CET website. The workshops are listed under Short Courses.

Pre-symposium workshop vacancies are limited and places will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.

The cost is S$52.50 per person for each workshop. (The Symposium registration fees do not include the cost for pre-symposium workshops.)

REGISTRATION FEES
(All prices stated in Singapore Dollars. A 5% G.S.T. applies.)

Symposium Fees (S$414.75 w/GST per person) include:

• Symposium Kit
• Attendance to keynote speeches, presentations
• Lunch
• Tea-breaks

Pre-symposium Workshop Fees ($52.50 w/GST per person for each workshop) include:

• Attendance to workshop session
• Tea-break

All commission, cabling and related bank charges will be paid by participants.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All participants are deemed to have read and consented to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment of the attendance fee is required upon booking. A place at the event cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Symposium Secretary at symposium@rp.sg 

4. All cancellations before 9 February 2007 will incur an administration charge of S$50.  

5. No requests for refunds shall be entertained in the event of cancellation after 9 February 2007.

6. Substitutions may be made in writing to the organisers up to 9 February 2007.

7. All refunds are subject to the reasonable discretion of the organiser.

8. The organiser shall not be held liable for the travel and accommodation arrangements of registered participants where such arrangements are not made in conjunction with Republic Polytechnic and/or its authorised agents.

9. No full or partial refund of the registration fee will be made in the event of changes, if any, to the main programme.

10. The organiser reserves the right to effect changes in the symposium programme including, but not limited to, cancellation of presentations or replacing scheduled speakers due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice to the participants.

11. All participants and their guests attend the symposium premises at their own risk.

12. Republic Polytechnic shall not be held liable for the loss of and/or damage to the property of any of the participants and/or their guests, during this event.
