• The aim of this project is to develop a methodology for reliability testing of solar system application in the transport industry. Test results can be used to ascertain the reliability and provide recommendations to improve module robustness and further widen the application of solar technology.

Deliverables

 ·  Understand vibration profiles to be used for solar technology application on transportation vehicles.

·  Develop the method and system to perform vibration/shock test on the solar modules.

·  Conduct reliability analysis on the solar module under test and give recommendation which will ensure that the reliability and durability of the module is not compromised.
