• Understand the source of process errors and work with the company to implement improvements to reduce errors                                                                                                   

• Measure and improve productivity of the packaging process  

Deliverables

• Use customer appointed freight forwarder if available and require freight forwarder to count delivery quantity in terms of pieces before sign off from factory.

• Refine packing process by fixing scanner at a convenient position and bring one item to scan under scanner then put into box.
