• To develop a easy-to-use web-based inventory analysis tool to optimize stock availability and improve delivery performance.  The tool would have inventory tracking feature to make it dynamically responsive in inventory planning

Deliverables:

• Web-based inventory analysis tool for user to upload demand and inventory data for analysis
• Configurable user settings of customer service level, inventory policies, etc...
• Algorithm to check normality of demand/inventory data
