A top student from the Diploma in Customer Experience Management with Business, De Han achieved a stellar cumulative GPA of 4.0.

De Han represented Republic Polytechnic (RP) in the Temasek Foundation International Specialists' Community Action and Leadership Exchange (TFI SCALE) 2018, the Polytechnic Forum 2019, as well as the National Economics and Financial Management Challenge 2019.

An exemplary student, De Han is widely known to be an inspiring student leader and respected as a role model to his peers. 

Not one to rest on his laurels, De Han constantly challenged himself beyond the academics and successfully led his diploma’s service-learning programme to serve the special needs segment of the society. In the process, he demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving and engaged his peers effectively to serve the needs of the beneficiaries. Having exhibited the desired values of an RP student, De Han received the REPUBLIC Award in AY2019.

De Han’s consistency in the demonstration of values such as respect and compassion both in and out of the classrooms have been impressive and inspiring.
