Mailing of Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript

All Full-time Diploma, Part-time and Specialist Diploma graduates will receive your hardcopies Diploma Certificate and Academic Transcript at your residential address, via registered mail. This will be done when the workplace safety measures for COVID-19 are lifted.

You would have already received an email in April 2020 with information about the mailing of your certificate. If you have not confirmed or updated your address with us, please submit this form  and ensure that you have provided the correct residential address. RP will not be liable for damage or loss to any Diploma Certificates or Academic Transcripts sent to incorrect addresses.

Graduates, who have any outstanding amount/item(s) (such as library books, fines etc.), must settle them before RP is able to mail the certificate and transcript to you.
