RP continues to stay vigilant against the threat of COVID-19. Facilities within our campus, such as the classrooms, laboratories, and sports facilities will be unavailable to non-RP students and staff until further notice. We seek the support and cooperation from all staff, students, and others working on campus to comply with the prevailing healthcare protocols from Ministry of Health (MOH) as well as the Safe Management Measures on campus in order to keep the campus safe for all to learn and work.
Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Long-Term Pass Holders, aged 12 and above, can now get vaccinated under the nation’s vaccination drive.
We strongly encourage all RP students and staff to get vaccinated and take their booster shots, if they are medically eligible.

Students and staff who return to campus must follow all prevailing safe management measures. These include:
Making a daily health declaration on LEO 2.0
Always wearing your mask when indoors
Keeping a safe distance of at least one metre from others when unmasked
Keeping social gatherings to one group of 10
Not returning to campus if unwell. Promptly seeing a doctor and avoiding clinic-hopping
From 1 February 2022, Ministry of Education introduced a new weekly self-administered ART regime for all unvaccinated students – including full-time, part-time and short course students.
All unvaccinated students, including those are who medically ineligible for all COVID-19 vaccines under the National Vaccination Programme, must now perform a self-administered ART once every 7 days to take part in higher risk activities on campus.
Only unvaccinated students who have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 180 days will be exempted from the weekly ART. Test results will be valid for 7 days from the date of test.
Unvaccinated students who adhere to the weekly self-administered ART regime and have a valid negative ART result may participate in higher-risk activities on campus such as indoor unmasked activities and dining in at F&B establishments in institutes of higher learning. Unvaccinated students who do not have a valid test result will still be able to attend in-person classes of no more than 50 persons, but will not be allowed to participate in any higher-risk activities on campus.
