The Diploma in Outdoor & Adventure Learning (DOAL) equips you with a strong foundation to plan, deliver and facilitate safe and meaningful experiential programmes, both indoors and out in the natural environment. You will help participants discover themselves, build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and learn valuable life lessons while they overcome obstacles.

You will also learn to appreciate the natural surroundings, concepts of sustainability and conservation to care for the environment. Transform your love for the outdoors and adventure into a fulfilling career - your journey as an effective outdoor educator starts with DOAL.

RP graduates are well-placed to embark on meaningful careers, immediately after graduation. They could even improve their employability by taking part-time courses or SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programmes (ELPs).

What’s more, every RP diploma is recognised and has a pathway leading to a relevant degree with top local and overseas universities. RP graduates may complete their degrees in just over two or three years in a four-year programme.

Skills Deepening
