Transition Programme

What is SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP)?

The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) seeks to support mid-career individuals in acquiring new and relevant skills to enhance employability or transit to new job roles. The SCTPs offered by RP range from three to six months on a part-time basis.

Who is SCTP for?

The SCTP is open to all Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents and Long Term Vist Pass Plus  holders, who may either be currently employed, self-employed or unemployed. SCTP applicants must be able to commit and fulfil all training requirements, including minimum attendance requirements and passing of assessments.

What are the benefits?

• Course fee subsidy of up to 95% (Terms and condition apply)
• Career guidance 
• Job placement assistance
• Gain skills-based qualification that is recognised by industry

Funding Schemes and Subsidies

To encourage lifelong learning, funding schemes and subsidies are available for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. The amount of subsidy provided varies based on your background, income, age, and selected course.
