Enrolment Guide for Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) Students
Step-by-step guide for Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) students on accepting your course, submitting documents, medical checks, and paying fees to complete enrolment.

Reminder: Complete all steps and submit the required documents to confirm your enrolment. Incomplete submissions may lead to deregistration from RP.
Conditions for International PFP Students
As an international PFP student, there are a few important steps and requirements to complete before you can finalise your enrolment:
Appoint a Local Emergency Contact: If you don’t have a parent or guardian residing in Singapore, you’ll need to provide details of a local emergency contact.
Pay Your PFP Tuition Fees: Ensure that you make the payment for your first semester tuition fees in advance, before the start of your course.
ICA Medical Report and Student’s Pass: Submit your ICA medical report and receive your digital Student’s Pass issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Medical Examination or Colour Vision Test: Some courses require additional medical examination or colour vision test. Click here [PDF, 145 KB] to check if your course requires these tests.
Failure to meet these conditions may lead to the cancellation of your course offer, an administrative withdrawal of your enrolment, or disqualification from continuing with your studies at RP. It’s important to complete all necessary steps on time to ensure a smooth and successful enrolment process.

Step 1: Accept your course
Start by logging into the Online Enrolment System.
For Singpass Users: Log in using your Singpass account.
For Non-Singpass Users: Log in using the following details:
Student ID (refer to your enrolment letter sent to your registered email)
Date of Birth (in the format DD/MM/YYYY)
Once logged in, go to Course Acceptance and accept your diploma course offer.
Step 2: Confirm your personal particulars and submit your declaration
In this step, you’ll need to confirm and update your personal details. Please ensure that all information is accurate before submitting. You will be prompted to complete Sections 1 to 8.
Section 1: Personal Data/Household Details
Section 2: Contact Information
Section 3: Relationship Information
Section 4: Emergency Contact Details
Section 5: Educational Details
Section 6: CCA (Co-Curricular Activities) Information
Section 7: Other Information (including medical conditions or special needs)
Section 8: Declaration
Step 3: Submit compulsory documents
To proceed with your enrolment, ensure that all compulsory documents are submitted. Failure to submit these documents may result in deregistration from RP. Please refer to the Resizing Guide [PDF, 146 KB] to help you resize your documents correctly.
Required documents
Parent/Guardian Consent Form (for students below 21 years old as of 1 January of your course commencement year):
Option 1: Sign via Singpass
Your parent/guardian can log in to provide consentOption 2: Print, sign, and upload the consent form
Download the parent/guardian consent form from the online enrolment system. Complete the form and upload it to the system.
Identification Document:
Upload the front and back of your NRIC, FIN, Passport, or UIN. (If you logged in via Singpass, this step is not required.)
International Students can upload the front and back of your ICA Student's Pass or a PDF version of your Digital Student's Pass.
Photograph: Upload a passport-style photograph with a white background.
Note: Failure to submit your photo on time will delay your e-Student Card processing in RP SNApp and the application of your Diploma Student Concession Card through TransitLink. Find out more information for full photo guidelines [PDF, 580 KB].
If you're taking public transport, you’ll need to apply for the Diploma Student Concession Card through TransitLink. You’ll receive an SMS notification to complete the application when it is ready. Click here to find out more about the card.
Step 4: Complete medical examination or colour vision test
Some courses require a medical examination or colour vision test (if applicable) before you can complete your enrolment.

Please submit all relevant medical documents if you have declared any medical conditions in Step 2 of your online enrolment.Medical Report Form (if applicable):
Download the RP medical report form from the Online Enrolment System
Bring the form to your medical check-up and have it endorsed by your doctor
Upload the signed form in Step 4: Download/Upload your completed forms.
Colour Vision Test Form (if applicable):
Download the colour vision test form from the Online Enrolment System,
Bring the form to your medical check-up and have it endorsed by your doctor
Upload the signed form in Step 4: Download/Upload your completed forms).
National Service Documents (if applicable):
If you are required to submit NS documents, please ensure they are uploaded
Step 5: Pay your PFP course fees
Please make sure to pay your PFP course fees before the semester begins. Check your enrolment email for the fee details and payment due date.
Payment methods
E-payment: Pay online using major credit and debit cards (VISA and MasterCard) or PayNow.
Complete your payment via https://epay.rp.edu.sg.
Choose “Other” for payment type and enter "" in the Remarks.
Financial Aid for PFP Students
Post-Secondary Education Account Scheme (PSEA)
You can use your PSEA funds to pay for your PFP course fees. To apply:
Submit the PSEA Standing Order application online.
Verify your PSEA balance (not Edusave balance) by calling the 24-hour automated hotline at 6260 0777
If you are 21 or older, log in using your Singpass.
If you’re under 21, your parent or guardian must submit the application on your behalf via their Singpass.
If you have insufficient funds in your PSEA account, please complete your payment via https://epay.rp.edu.sg instead.
