Fuel your foodie passion with a Minor in F&B Startup. Learn about entrepreneurship in the realm of the food and beverage industry to establish a sustainable and profitable venture, while also mastering key skills like sales, business management, and financial management.

Programme highlights

Through this minor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn how to combine entrepreneurial principles with F&B expertise.

  • Understand critical success factors for sustainability and profitability.

  • Develop strategies to maximise revenue streams and build partnerships.

  • Acquire essential sales, customer experience, and financial management skills.

You will need to complete a total of 12 Modular Credits (MCs) to fulfil the programme requirements.
