Nurturing mind, body, and soul

Become a health champion with our Minor in Healthy Living. Gain knowledge and skills in health promotion and nutrition concepts, empowering you to make impactful changes in people's lives.

Programme highlights

Through this minor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain knowledge and skills to promote holistic health across all ages.

  • Explore best practices in developing health promotion programmes.

  • Learn evidence-based strategies to change health behaviours in physical activity, nutrition, and stress management.

  • Apply nutrition concepts to address chronic diseases throughout life stages.

Modules

You will need to complete a total of 12 Modular Credits (MCs) to fulfil the programme requirements.

  • S243 Nutrition

  • S244 Health Psychology
