Shape your life with greater purpose

Designing Your Life (DYL) is a 5-year journey where you’ll be guided by mentors trained in Design Thinking principles. This framework connects your work and life views, giving you the tools to explore and plan your goals with intention, both during your polytechnic years and beyond.

With the DYL framework, you’ll take action aligned with your aspirations, moving confidently toward a life of meaning and success. You’ll make informed decisions and navigate challenges with clarity. Even after graduation, we’ll continue to support you for two years, ensuring you have the guidance you need as you create a purposeful and fulfilling career.

Odyssey Plans

Align your life and career goals and create possible “Odyssey Plans” for your future. Using design thinking principles, you’ll have opportunities to prototype and refine your plans as you move forward.

Internship preparation

We’ll support you with both pre- and post-internship engagements to ensure you’re well-prepared for your internship experience. You’ll embark on job shadowing and short-term work attachments, reflect on your experiences, and identify areas for further skill development and career planning.

Gear up for the future

At the 5-year mark—two years after graduation—mentors will continue to engage you, helping you assess your progress and offering career support. For those returning from National Service, we’ll also provide a platform to reaffirm and realign your career goals, ensuring you stay on track toward your Greater Purpose.
