A256 Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy
Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy aims to combine pharmacological concepts and therapeutic principles, focusing on the clinical practices in managing cardiovascular, chronic respiratory, endocrine and infectious conditions.
Students will gain knowledge of disease conditions, drug classes, mechanisms of action, and clinical applications of relevant drugs. Through applying their learning to practical patient care scenarios, students will learn to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world practice, fostering the acquisition of the skills and attitudes essential for effective pharmacotherapy.
