A316 Aquaculture Farm Management and Operations
This module provides an overview of both land and marine-based aquaculture systems and their associated technologies, both locally and globally.
Taking a hands-on industry-related approach and focusing on the production of commercially important aquatic species, students will also learn about the basic business considerations of farm operations. The principles of sustainable development will be discussed through case studies related to aquaculture development.
