B111 Intrapreneurship for Service Excellence
This module introduces students to the fundamentals of intrapreneurship.
Designed specifically to equip students with core foundational knowledge in driving innovation and excellence within existing organisational structures, students will be taught the value creation process from generating and evaluating service improvement ideas to other key topics such as stakeholder engagement, resource optimisation and the operational and regulatory considerations of implementing initiatives within defence and security contexts.
At the end of the module, students will present their service excellence proposal to their peers and a panel of evaluators. Through this process, students will experience learning, applying and practising intrapreneurship principles. This module nurtures creativity, resilience and an enterprising mindset and serves as a foundation for other modules in RP.
