B324 E-commerce Operations

This module presents an overview of the different e-commerce business models.

It also equips students to navigate through the end-to-end processes that enable an e-commerce business to operate successfully.

Students will learn how to implement operational functions critical to the success of an online business and explain the interconnected relationships between various e-commerce platforms. In addition, they would learn how to implement key success metrics to evaluate business performance.

At the end of the module, students will be equipped with the ability to develop a holistic operations plan for an e-commerce business.
