B339 Organisational Development and Change Management

This module introduces students to the change management process and provides insights into planning and implementing organisation-wide initiatives to manage change effectively.

It builds on foundational knowledge of change management models and the organisational development consulting cycle. Students learn to analyse data and information to identify and design suitable intervention strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness. The module prepares students to take on roles as change agents or organisational development professionals, equipped to drive effectiveness and adaptability in evolving business environments.
