This module provides students with a data-driven approach to Human Resources.
Students will leverage key statistical and financial concepts and available technology to analyse HR data. Students will understand the systematic dependency of HR functions and be able to facilitate companies’ ability to attract, manage and retain employees. They will also learn to make HR decisions that impact the bottom line of businesses.
