C112 Introduction to Business Process and Automation
This module introduces students to the concept of organisations and their structure and business functions by exploring the dynamics or interconnections between these various business functions.
Students will engage in process mapping of business operations and explore methods to enhance operational efficiency using automation. By the end of the module, students will have acquired the skill to interpret and optimise business operations using ICT.
