This module equips students with the essential knowledge and practical skills to automate and optimise business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Learners will examine both the opportunities and challenges of RPA, including its benefits, limitations, and critical success factors for effective implementation. They will learn to identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation, design secure and efficient RPA solutions and deploy them within organisational settings. The module also introduces the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with RPA to enable intelligent automation that enhances business efficiency, adaptability, and innovation. By the end of the module, students will understand how RPA and AI together can accelerate digital transformation and strengthen organisational competitiveness.
