C382 IT Service Delivery

This module equips students with the knowledge and practical skills to manage, optimise, and continually improve IT services in modern digital enterprises.

Grounded in the globally recognised ITIL framework, it covers core areas such as service-level management, supplier and financial planning, capacity and availability management, and information security. The module integrates DevOps practices and continual improvement strategies to ensure real-world relevance.

Learners will participate in hands-on activities and collaborative problem-solving projects, developing capabilities for roles such as IT Service Analyst and DevOps Engineer. It also aligns with industry certifications, including ITIL Foundation and DevOps Fundamentals, and complements related modules such as C381 and C270 to support career progression in cloud computing and enterprise IT.
