E226 Smart Facilities Management
This module encompasses the fundamental principles of building facilities management, including workplace safety and health legislation, hazard mitigation, security and risk management, housekeeping, and fire protection systems for buildings.
Students will also explore the application of smart technologies, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to improve maintenance quality and sustainability, enhance reliability, and increase productivity.
