This module provides students with foundational knowledge and practical skills to identify, model, analyse, and optimise business processes and strategies for improved organisational performance.
Key topics include business decision-making criteria, process mapping, sales and operations planning, quality management, and customer relationship management, enabling students to recognise inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
Students learn to apply process automation tools and time-study techniques to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and optimise productivity. The module also integrates sustainability concepts, including carbon footprint calculation and sustainability reporting, to promote responsible business practices.
