E341 Electronic and Semiconductor Materials
This module equips students with the principles and properties of semiconductor materials, as well as the analysis of the behaviour of the charged carriers in various operation modes.
Students will develop an understanding of the applications of electronic and semiconductor devices such as metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor, light-emitting diode (LEDs) and solar cell.
