Students will gain fundamental knowledge of airport operations, which include terminal infrastructure, passenger service quality and delivery, air transport security, commercial marketing and branding, revenue generation and business continuity.
This sets the foundation for them to evaluate current challenges in airport management through self-directed or team-oriented learning.
