E370 Human Factors and Aviation Safety
Students will learn how to manage human factors to prevent aviation accidents.
The module provides an overview of aviation safety, from identifying stakeholders and their responsibilities to understanding safety management systems. Students will learn how to mitigate incidents through hazard identification and risk assessment. Students will also study aviation physiology, basic aviation psychology and the effects of stress and fatigue.
