This introductory module lays the groundwork for students’ Designing Your Life (DYL) journey.

Through self-reflection and wayfinding tools, they uncover their values, strengths, and aspirations. By applying the design thinking process, students learn to approach challenges creatively, reframe problems, and navigate life's uncertainties with resilience. The module guides students in developing a personal compass aligned with their values, exploring potential career paths, volunteer opportunities and the importance of mental and physical well-being for a fulfilling life.
