H105 Events and Project Management

Through engaging lectures, hands-on activities and real-world case studies, students will gain a practical appreciation of project lifecycles, budgeting, risks, and effective communication strategies in the planning of small to mid-scale special events or the curation of high-end experiences such as gala dinners and award ceremonies. By the end of the module, students will not only develop a thorough comprehension of the processes involved in planning and organising such events but will also recognise the universal application of essential project management principles in the execution of any event.
