This module provides students with an understanding of the business environment that hospitality organisations operate in, as well as the knowledge and analytical skills to examine management and operational functions unique to the hospitality industry.
Students will not only be able to understand how a hospitality business is managed from a broad perspective, but also apply the concepts and theories taught to daily issues and trends.
