The module aims to equip students with a strong understanding of how physical service environments influence service delivery, customer experience, and employee behaviour within hospitality and tourism contexts.
Grounded in the Servicescape Model conceptualised by Mary Jo Bitner, the module examines how thoughtfully designed environments can shape perceptions, interactions, and overall service outcomes across a range of service industries.
