This module equips students with the knowledge and skills to understand research processes and apply suitable methods to investigate media-related topics.
Students learn to perform data visualisation and digital analytics including social media, website, and email analytics, to evaluate performance and derive actionable insights. The module also provides opportunities for students to pursue industry-recognised analytics certifications upon completion.
