This module explores the relationship between mental processes and behaviours relating to health and illness.
Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, students will examine how psychological factors influence health holistically, the development and progression of illness, and the promotion of healthy behaviours. By the end of the module, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how psychological principles can be applied to improve health outcomes and enhance well-being.
