S247 Behaviour Change
This module focuses on equipping students with practical strategies to facilitate behaviour change in health contexts.
Students will learn the COM-B model, Behaviour Change Wheel, as well as Motivational Interviewing techniques to analyse and influence health behaviours. In addition, students will critically examine various health-related behaviours and identify barriers that hinder modification efforts. By the end of the module, students will have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assist specific client groups in addressing their unique health needs.
