S248 Health Management Across Lifespan
Health Management Across Lifespan explores the key principles and practices in health management from the prenatal stage to old age.
Adopting a holistic perspective, the module examines how family, environment, education, socioeconomic conditions, and cultural context shape health outcomes across different life stages. Students will also consider how early experiences and key life transitions can impact long-term health and well-being.
Through the examination of age-specific needs and challenges, students will develop the ability to assess health in a comprehensive manner and design adaptive, person-centred strategies. The module equips students with the knowledge and skills to design tailored health plans that support the diverse needs of individuals and communities across different stages of life.
