S356 Quality Management in Healthcare

This module introduces the concept of quality management in the context of a community-based setting.

Besides acquiring a practical knowledge of current approaches to the management of safety and quality in community-based settings, the students also gain an appreciation of how quality practices have evolved over the years. It also equips students with the required foundational knowledge in understanding how quality management in the community healthcare setting is supported by various resources and internal processes to meet the ever-growing demand for quality community healthcare at all levels.
