S665 Practical Studies: Swimming

This module equips students with the basic skills of swimming and focuses on the three following strokes: Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke.

It also introduces the basic Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA; English: International Swimming Federation) rules and the mechanics that influence the execution of the three swimming strokes. Students will also learn basic water survival skills.
