T194 Design Research for UX
This module focuses on essential tools and methods for conducting user research in User Experience (UX) design.
Students will learn to plan and conduct user research, and to interpret results to gain insights into users' attitudes and behaviours toward various products, user interfaces, and physical environments. Through hands-on activities, students will explore different research techniques and data analysis methods, translating their findings into clear, actionable insights that reveal users' needs, motivations, and challenges. By the end of the module, students will develop skills that provide a strong foundation in design research and its significance in creating effective, user-centred experiences.
