T259 Multi-Camera Production
This module introduces students to the fundamentals of multi-camera production within a television studio environment.
Students gain practical production experience and develop essential skills through experiential learning. The module familiarises students with the challenges and workflows of multi-camera setups, including the concept of simultaneous ‘live’ recording that uses multiple angles and shot types.
As an introductory module, it focuses on foundational production roles, equipment, documentation, and studio protocols required to produce a basic multi-camera programme. The emphasis is on understanding the processes and protocols expected in professional studio productions.
