T262 Introduction to User Experience

This module introduces students to the foundations of User Experience (UX) design and its role in shaping meaningful interactions.

Through real-world case studies and industry-relevant scenarios, students will analyse user experiences using design thinking methodologies that foster creativity and innovation. Students will also be challenged to apply these concepts through hands-on projects, incorporating tools such as personas and storytelling into their design process. Across a series of design activities, they will develop the ability to interpret user behaviour and translate insights into thoughtful, user-centred solutions within their own discipline.
