Learning Journeys at RP
Our Learning Journey (LJ) programmes provide upper secondary students with a hands-on experience of what it’s like to study at RP. These engaging sessions offer students a chance to explore different fields of study, discover their passions, and make informed decisions about their future.

What to expect
During the Learning Journey, students will dive into real-world scenarios using industry-standard tools and equipment. They’ll have the opportunity to tour our state-of-the-art facilities, experience real RP modules, and engage in interactive activities that bring their learning to life.
Experience the Future of Learning
Students will explore different RP schools—whether it’s the cutting-edge technologies in Applied Science, the engineering marvels at our Engineering school, the digital transformation in Infocomm, or the creative world of Arts, Media, and Design.
They will:
Get hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment, such as working with autonomous vehicles, avionics systems, or airside operations at airports.
Challenge themselves with activities like designing 3D models, solving business challenges using board games, and learning about ergonomics in interactive ways.
Explore modules from various diploma courses, including human motor control, injury prevention, sports and exercise nutrition, digital entrepreneurship, and more.
Whether it’s exploring the magic of the nanoworld, learning about smart manufacturing, or uncovering how robots are shaping the future, our Learning Journeys give students the chance to discover what polytechnic education has to offer.
Flexible and Accessible
We offer both Free and Paid Learning Journeys to meet your needs.
Free Learning Journeys:
Each session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and can accommodate up to 25 students. These sessions are free of charge and can be scheduled at times that work best for your students. The programme offers a comprehensive introduction to RP, where students get to explore our facilities and experience hands-on activities.
Paid Learning Journeys:
For those looking for a longer and more immersive experience, our paid Learning Journeys can be customised to suit your needs. These sessions can range from half a day to a full day and accommodate more students.
In addition to the standard facility tours, students will engage in deeper, more hands-on activities that provide greater personalisation and in-depth exploration of specific subjects. These sessions can be tailored to your students' interests, offering more opportunities for learning and discovery.
