Experience outdoor experiential learning through a guided visit to RP’s Xperiential Learning Centre, and learn how to design and facilitate safe, meaningful indoor and outdoor programmes.
This session introduces the principles of outdoor experiential learning through a guided tour of the Xperiential Learning Centre (XLC) at RP. Students will experience selected outdoor facilities such as rollgliders, abseil walls and the skyscraper walk, and learn how these spaces support experiential learning. The session also covers key facilitation considerations, focusing on how to plan and deliver safe, purposeful indoor and outdoor programmes.
