Technology overview
Trolley monitoring and replenishment process is an important operation in the transit area of airports. RP has developed a solution that triggers an autonomous trolley puller to navigate to the destination with a stack of trolleys, should trolley replenishment be required. The solution features the Lidar Elevator Stand System, which will trigger the autonomous trolley puller via the robot command centre whenever no trolley is detected in the designated area of the trolley bay.

The Machine-to-Machine communication protocol for Lidar Elevator Stand System (Client), remote autonomous trolley puller (Client) and Robot Command Centre (Server).
Ability to avoid false triggering requests for trolley replenishment from the LES System.
