A chatbot with an HS product code search engine that identifies the closest match of the HS code to the product based on the product name or description from consumers.

Technology overview

Freight forwarders usually spend a considerable amount of time answering queries from customers on the products’ Harmonised System (HS) Codes*. A smart chatbot with the HS product code search engine is developed to answer these common queries from the customers. Customers will simply need to enter the product name or description; the unique algorithm in this HS product code search engine will be able to identify the closest match to their product.
