One Day Lean Experience

(Duration: 8 Hours) This programme allows you to learn and apply LEAN principles in their work environment. You will experience first-hand “Learning to See” concept for Value Stream Mapping and be involved in various hands-on sessions throughout the programme. Through this programme, you will get the opportunity to apply performance improvement measures to workflow and analyse real-life processes to identify various sources of wastes at their workplaces.

Upon completion, you will be able to apply concepts of LEAN tools and other techniques to reduce errors, improve operations productivity, and manage inventory better for a smoother operations.
