(Duration: 8 Hours) Climate, geographical terms and altitudes play an important role towards winemaking. In this programme, you will explore the major red wine styles in the Old World and New World (Europe vs outside of Europe). You will be able to describe common flavours, colours and unique terroir elements, as well as apply food and wine pairing principles in forming combinations based on the characteristic of wines and food.
