Sports taping is a recognized skill which can be used to prevent, treat and/or rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries. The aim of this short course is to equip learners with basic knowledge on sports taping and basic sports taping techniques for elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, and foot.

Course description
Objectives
At the end of this short course, learners will be able to:
(i) explain the intended purposes and possible effects of sports taping;
(ii) explain and apply taping guidelines; and
(iii) demonstrate basic sports taping techniques for elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, and foot.
Course completion requirements
Achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the required assessments.
