This course equips the participants with the necessary knowledge to build a wireless intelligent thermal sensor device easily, from scratch, and to visualize its thermal image using low code programming Webserver.

About course
Course description
Thermal imaging is a method of using infrared radiation and thermal energy to gather information about objects, in order to formulate images of them, even in low-visibility environments. It has numerous build-ups such as for building inspection, cold-chain logistics, engineering diagnostics and human monitoring. For instance, it could be employed for monitoring and optimizing equipment performance, identifying potential maintenance issues, enhancing safety protocols, or for quality control in manufacturing processes.
This course equips the participants with the necessary knowledge to build a wireless intelligent thermal sensor device easily, from scratch, and to visualize its thermal image using low code programming Webserver. The participants will be equipped with the skills and know-how needed to create a functional prototype of the thermal sensor device, accompanied by a comprehensive information sheet detailing its specifications and the prototype development process.
Course objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Assemble and build the thermal sensor system
Create thermal image with low code programming Webserver
Assess the thermal image on any mobile devices
Demonstrate the applications of thermal sensor for different work environments
Customise and adapt the completed kit to suit the company’s requirements and creating valuable tools for their company’s internal use
Adopt an Intellectual Property (IP) on Smart IoT Thermal Imaging for company’s internal use
Target audiences
Company-sponsored participants who are keen to learn and implement thermal imaging applications for the company’s internal use.
Individual participants who are keen to learn and apply thermal imaging applications for their own personal use.
