About course
Course objectives
While many people are able to manage external stressors, difficult emotions such as persistent anxiety, frustration, or self-doubt often continue to affect mental health, relationships, and overall well-being. This session adopts a person-centred, mindfulness-based approach to emotional health, supporting participants to understand and respond to emotions with greater clarity, compassion, and choice.
Through guided teaching, experiential learning, and reflective dialogue, participants explore how emotions arise, what they communicate, and how habitual emotional patterns influence behaviour and decision-making. Emphasising collaborative learning and real-life application, the programme encourages participants to consider how emotional awareness supports healthier relationships, professional practice, and shared well-being across personal and organisational contexts.
Rather than avoiding or suppressing emotions, participants learn evidence-based mindfulness strategies to work skillfully with emotional experiences. The session supports the development of emotional resilience, inner balance, and sustainable practices that contribute to long-term health and wellness.
